Refund policy
We currently do not offer any returns, therefore all sales are FINAL. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. We are also not responsible for any lost packages due to your input of an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately via email at shopstationeryjane@gmail.com. You have up to 3 days after your order was delivered to inspect your package and contact us regarding any issues with your order. If we are not contacted within the 3 days given, then we are no longer able to resolve the issue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Items such as 'Digital Products' can not be returned either. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
